"Close your eyes, and inhale slowly through your nose filling your body with the nourishing essence of Life. As you exhale, all cares and concerns of this world flow out. Breath again, slowly, deeply, taking in the soothing peaceful serenity. As you exhale, there is a sensation of surrender, your body relaxes into the lightness of a feather floating freely with grace, drifting in the air.

You are released from your physical body, you are beyond time, or the density of space. There is only simplicity, an ease of Being. You are the center, that place which is Heart, that place of blissful balance.

This is the place of all knowing beyond words, beyond physicality. As you begin to visualize this reality, before you appear the ones that you have loved, the ones that have touched you profoundly, whether through fear or love. With a simple thought, each one suddenly appears, you are calling forth their presence into your realm in this moment.

Slowly, you begin to turn with the circle that they have created around you, bringing each person into full focus. As you interlock your gaze within theirs, there is a gift that is being revealed deep from within their eyes, that window of the soul. Your eyes beckon them to present to you this precious essence of purpose, the reflections which they have been mirroring for you. These aspects are asking to be opened, to be seen beyond the hierachy and roles that each person has been playing in your life.

The realization that these roles have been the veil of illusion that heald the Truth until you were ready to open to them. Now is the moment of Truth, you begin to understand that total perfection in the purpose of illusion, of relationship, of being human.

For in this moment, you know that you created these mirrors with such clear reflection as a way to play, to dramatize, to fear, to love, to feel the seperation so that it would accentuate the One. Yet, so perfect was your creation that you forgot these Beings were reflections, an illusion which you began to fall in love with, and even began to fear what was shown.

Slowly, this knowing begins to melt away the veil that has fogged your memory, and the reality begins to dawn just as the sunlight creates a new day from it's own light essence.

Slowly, you begin to turn and each person before you releases the aspect of Self that they have been holding. This gift flows from their heart of hearts to yours, what appears fearful transmutes to Love by gratitude for the lesson that it taught, within the Light of allowance there is the forgiveness of self, for it is all perfect.

What is now all Loving is embraced and allowed to integrate as a bright array of multi colors in the many faceted energies of each heart surrounding you. Each color of the rainbow flows into your Heart of Hearts from all directions, bringing an understanding of each reflective gift of heart which seems to flow from another seperate Being.

Such gratitude to each one for playing the roles, for appearing seperate so as to show how powerful and creative that you are at manifesting amidst the density of this physical realm.

Your essence glows as Golden White Light, growing in intensity until all physicality disappears. The heaviness of human existence dissolves as all that remains is Being. The rainbow light begins to swirl faster and faster around you as it frees itself from all fear, from the illusion of seperation into a wholeness of Golden White Light, becoming one with all that you are.

Such joy as completeness of Self is fused forever by the clarity of sight. The Lover has been waiting so patiently deep within you, It's reflection staring back at you in the eyes of another. This awareness of Self is the Beloved, the Divine One that you have longed to find and embrace.

As you embrace this moment, a wholeness, a completion is birthed and the essence of you as the Golden White Light of Love explodes with the fusion of all that IS. You are a cascade of shooting stars across the darkness of the night, this physical realm.....sparkling with the fire of ecstasy from the radiance of the solar sun, the I AM that I AM.

The Beloved merges with the Lover, the Divine One blends into the glistening waters of pure Light, the Love of the Sacred Heart.

Such joy, such rapture as a flood of freedom is felt at last, for the one sees the One, loves the One, the One is home, deep within the eeeye of all that I AM, the One is One.

Be.....Love......Be.......Loved........Beloved.......Welcome Home........this is true, My Love

  Sit comfortably with spine erect. Follow your breathing. Use your breath to relax any tensions you hold in your body and mind.

(Fourth-Dimensional exercise)

  Begin to gently lift your consciousness up and out of your body and quickly go to your meadow. Sit in semi-lotus position with your back to your special tree. Feel the tree’s solid, grounding presence. Looking around, you find you are surrounded by a large field of exquisitely beautiful, multicolored flowers. The flowers joyfully mirror the energies you are holding in your emotional body. Feeling their love and acceptance, you allow yourself to relax into the experience and free your emotions to flow gently into the flowers. As the flowers absorb your emotional projections, they begin to subtly vibrate. The vibration rapidly quickens and the mass of flowers begins to spin. As their spinning contours begin to blur, the flowers take to the air where they transform into delicate iridescent birds. A flock of multicolored iridescent hummingbirds flies towards you and invite you to come on a journey with them. They lead you to a small crystalline Merkabah. As you enter the small crystalline starship the hummingbirds accompany you. The ship begins to hum to a refined crystalline vibration and moves rapidly upwards.

(Fifth-Sixth Dimension exercise)

  The ship lands upon a pure white beach before a large body of water where gentle waves are lapping against the sand. The beach sand is a composition of tiny crystals. The water shimmers in iridescent blues and greens. The sky is a soft lavender hue. There is no need for a greeter to meet you, for this place is very familiar to you. As familiar as your home on Earth. You have a comforting sense that you have returned Home. You are infused with peace and tranquility.

  Now you are drawn into a forest of majestic trees, flowers, and birds that abuts the white crystalline beach. The hummingbirds fly away, for they, too, have returned home. You become aware of an iridescent multicolored crystalline temple standing in the depths of the forest. The temple shimmers in the soft lavender light. You enter the temple, knowing it is a healing temple that will heal you on every level and assist you in integrating the natural contours of your light body. You lie down on a comfortable silken bed. Crystalline music begins to emanate from the walls of the temple. The music is infused with iridescent light. The musical light begin to play over your body, relaxing you, transforming you. The reasons for the pains and sorrows of human life are clear to you now. This knowledge enables you to transform the tensions and discomforts of your earthly existence into pure, sweet, energized light. When your transformation is complete, your light body is bathed with pure flower essences that mingle with iridescent musical light. You are now encased in the natural state of your longed-for ascension Soul body.

  Rising from your healing bed, you leave the temple. You find yourself drawn to a magnificent iridescent city that appears to be formed from liquid crystalline substance. You feel instantly at home in this city. You know your way around and have no need for a guide. You remember a special place within the city that you have not visited for a very long time. This is a place that is completely familiar to you, and it is yours alone. Perhaps it’s a lovely suite of rooms situated in a high-rise apartment building, a temple, a free-standing pyramid or some other crystalline structure. Go there, enter your special place and gaze around. It is furnished with items that are precious to your Soul. Lavender light drifts through the windows, highlighting the shimmering crystalline outlines of the walls that surround you.

  Meditate for a time in his room. Remember, this is an aspect of who you really are.

  Now it is time to return to Earth for your human mission is not yet complete. You realize you can revisit this peaceful space at any time and that you can explore the iridescent crystalline city and the entire planet at will.

(Back to the Fourth Dimension)

  Leaving the crystalline city, you return through the forest to the beach. Your iridescent Merkabah awaits you. Some of the hummingbirds have agreed to return with you, for they know their presence on Earth enhances the beauty there. Entering the Merkabah, you rise into the lavender sky, and quickly return to the tree in your meadow. You sit once again with you back to the tree and contemplate the flower-filled meadow.

(Third-Dimension Return)

  Breathing deeply, you make a conscious effort to adjust your vibrations to your third-dimensional body. Although settling back into your physical body means a return to earthly aches, pains, tensions, and duality; you realize you have received a greater understanding of the opportunities granted to you as an incarnated Soul. You determine to embrace whatever earthly life brings you from a higher perspective, for you know without a shadow of doubt the freedom and bliss that awaits you when your work on Earth is done.

  As you open your eyes, purposefully ground yourself to Mother Earth.
